Was at scuba point. My wife and I ended up scrapping the dive. The recent rains had the visibility all messed up. I am hoping to find accurate information on this, because we'd like to go back when it clears up.

Last time I was there back in the late 90's, it was a lot busier. I guess since CSSP opened up, few people drive out to PK anymore. Anyway, didn't see as many Perch as I remember but catfish were about. It was cold and dark under the thermocline but if you get tired of Terrel, PK does have some interesting geography and some good sized catfish. Make sure and look real closely between the crevases in the wall for fresh water crab. They are dime to quater sized so look closely or you'll miss them.

Make sure you bring a dive light as there are numerous grottos off the first wall.
