Puddle Jumpers Dive Shop is in Russell KS 785-483-6271. Visability this spring has been averaging 10 ft if you can schedule a trip after a couple of days of calm wind. We had 50 mph winds on the 13th and still had 5 ft of viz at the Dam spillway boat ramp.
